I have just discovered an e-petition http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/46739 which is worth signing in case there is any basis to the report here:

Indeed I have Mary, as soon as dear Jack pointed out that it was still open! Prior to that I understood, for some reason, that it was closed, but I had been misinformed! [-X
