How do I send a PM...?

I sent a PM but it is stuck in my out box... any suggestions on how to force it through?

There's actually nothing wrong - it's the way this software performs (slightly oddly in my view, though the thinking is that it allows you to edit or delete it before the recipient sees it if you have second thoughts). It stays there until your recipient opens it, and only then does it show as sent.
