It's A Riot!

Following recent disturbances in various major conurbations across the land, the authorities have posted a number of CCTV and still images on certain 'social networking sites' in order to identify as many of the malcontents as possible.
I believe that it is incumbent on all of us to assist the judiciary in apprehending those responsible for the mayhem caused, and that we should all be prepared to name any of the nere'do'wells we might recognise.

I understand that the police are particularly anxious to track down a mysterious 'Mr. Big' thought to be behind much of the trouble. While I have no clear evidence that the image below is of anyone involved in these events, I do have my suspicions .............................!!!
