VSCC Spring Start

Saw a few familiar faces at Silverstone on Saturday wandering around the paddock, unfortunately the only Morgans in evidence were in the car park, apart from several that were one wheel short of Plus 4 out on track.

Said hello to Richard and William, also a quick glimpse of Chas W., but I was fortunate (?) to spend some time with John Clarke and Jonno. Rumour had it that Tony Lees was marshaling, but I did not see him, so it might have been just a rumour.

I took a couple of pics in the car park which can be viewed on the usual web site (Richard), and there are more action snaps on my other site.

I was also lucky enough to be introduced to JCC's Rapier prior to it's debut in the Mille Miglia, and very nice it is too.

Any Morgan types going to the AMOC meeting this Saturday?

Sorry I missed you Bob.
I was one of the start line marshals.
It was interesting to see racing from the other point of view.
I will slow down a bit more on the way to the grid and line up where I am asked to when I am next on track...
