the awards are calculated on an xl spreadsheet, and are taken from (a) race results posted on this site and (b) from the sprint results sent to me, plus from those who are not sprinters and racers by contacting me directly.
Would it be possible to publish the list in this format?

Publish? yes, I should think so. Mind you, when I print it out, it is about A0 size!

Chris, please explain, what is a cloud document.....?
It's a document held on the web that can then be accessed from any computer with internet access and by different participants (with the relevant permissions) - eg. Google Docs, MS Office Live docs and soon many more I expect.

Does the formatting remain in tact?

Er, yes. There's only the one document held on the web, so nothing changes.

Any competing car over 25years old is acceptable for the Quarter Century Cup, as long as they tell me, (or the owners tell me!) which of the tub, chassis, engine, gearbox, back axle are original.

Not me then, a new chassis a few tears back rules me out.
Thanks anyway.

if it's just a new chassis, don't give up yet. What else is original?

Kate should have a list of years of all cars in Race Series (although not their originality). Most of the non-Roadsters are (or are nearly) 25 years old.

Personally I think it should now be the half century cup

I think Leigh has a point, 25 years isn't that old, my 4/4's 36 years old and I wouldn't class that as an old car, let alone a car that was built in 1984. maybe change it to 30, 40 or 50 years.
