Anyone got any alloy bumpers lying around getting dusty? And that they would like to sell?
cheers, Colin

Re: alloy bumpers WANTED
Sid Watson has some grp ones, advertises in Miscellany. He bought Dave Rutherford's moulds.

Re: alloy bumpers WANTED
Richard, good to hear from you. And thanks for the help. Just not sure how GRP would fare in a contest against any of the haybales/ armco that are supposed to keep us tidy going up the hill.
The hunt continues....

Re: alloy bumpers WANTED
For a start, they are cheaper than alloy, but as far as winning against bales, cones and armco, it shouldn't be too long before I find out! bear in mind that most cars these days have huge plastic wrap-round bumpers, then grp might be a half-decent option, just that they are not as shiny! Body-styling-colour-matched might be a better term!

I have a front bumper spare (and wish I had it on when I collected a cone at Colerne!)
