Hi, can anyone with a moss box or knowledge about them, recommend what oil is best to use, i've read varying reports including not to use EP90 which is what the manual says, so I would appreciate any advice from those that actually use one in anger before I start experimenting with mine

Been racing mine on Castrol EP90 for 16years
Kieth just done 6 hour at spa with castrol EP90.Won his Class Came 4th over all

if it breaks on castrol EP90 there was probably something wrong with the box before you put it in.

That applies to 3 synchro standard boxes
