Press release issued today, Tuesday 28th June.

GT3 winners at Thruxton, Keith Ahlers and Oliver Bryant, have entered their British GT championship Morgan Aero8 in the EERC Britcar three-hour race at Snetterton on 16th July.

This will be the first time the car has raced in the U.K. outside of the British GT championship.

The car owner Keith Ahlers said

â€œJoining the Britcar series at Snetterton is part of our evaluation programme for 2006.â€

What didn't happen more like.

Head gasket went during a shakedown run late Friday afternoon. Didn't make Saturday's race.
