Race Seat

Wanted race seat to fit Plus 8. Not Sparco Rev!!!!!!! Must be in good condition . to suit 6' 3" and 12 stone "format"!!!!! Rob T
Hi - I have a race seat for sale that is fitted as standard in the Morgan Lightweight. It is a Morgan co-branded Sabelt seat and includes mountings. The tunnel side is floor mounted and the door side is side mounted on the sill.
I have tried it compared to the Sparco Rev and it is definitely slightly larger across the hips (I am not sure how any adult male fits in the Rev unless they are a jockey), however any race seat that fits between the gearbox tunnel and the sill will be a tight fit.
The seat is only a few months old and is for sale for £225 including mountings for the Morgan....
I am a similar height to you and the main issue for me was getting enough leg room so that you are not driving with knees in your chin. Being tall it is not possible to put the seat over the leaf spring hanger so it needs to sit in front of it as low down as possible in order keep your helmet well under the roll bar.
