Help! My 4/4 with a stage 3 Kent engine is blowing oil all over the engine. I think it is coming from the dipstick mount and the cabin fills with smoke as the oil burns off. The garage are stumped and say the pressure on all 4 cylinders is too low. The oil gauge is showing normal pressure and the car is not running hot. I neeed to drive it at Cadwell in 6 days and an worried it will n ot be ready. Any tips from Kent owners?

John,

Have you checked that the oil filler cap breather is clear?

Check the spark plug threads to see if there is oil on them: that might point to worn piston rings. Have you checked with previous owner?

Hope you make Cadwell,
