Is there any idea of an entry list for the 2020 Challenge? I want to write a review, and it would help to know something about the contestants, any help much appreciated.

Thank you in advance,

Bob

The usual Suspects
(Casablanca++ Claude Raines as Captain Renault "Major Strasser has been shot..round up the usual supects "
Also unforgetable
Rick : How can you close me up? On what grounds?
Captain Renault : I'm shocked! Shocked to find that gambling is going on in here.
[a croupier hands Renault a pile of money]
Croupier : Your winnings, sir.
Captain Renault : [sotto voce] Oh, thank you very much.
[aloud]
Captain Renault : Everybody out at once.
Also
Captain Renault : Realizing the importance of the case, my men are rounding up twice the usual number of suspects.

Thank you, Peter, I have the film on DVD, BUT, are you contesting the Challenge again this year in the Pretty Red Car? If so I can include at least one confirmed runner in my Review.

Any one else put their name down yet?

"Every little helps" :)

I have an epistle from the lovely katy mentioning all entrants must attend a rolling road test or othe .
i hope it is just for the car, although after a decent claret all roads cam appear rolling.
Sharpen your pencil and brush up on your Pitman.
I predict it will be a fine season.
Save all your pennies and avuncular phrases for Spa.
Do you classify yourgoodself as a Reporter or a Correspondent? Spats?
So much for the efforts to kickstart the Forum.
Hic!

A brave effort Peter, but a hopeless task, I suspect that Morgan Drivers, of the sporting variety practice deep hibernation in the winter months.

I presume Bob, if you are seeking to write a review of the 2020 season, then you know events from the future that we mere mortals have no comprehension... which could be really useful if you like a flutter on the horses! Maybe you should consider writing a preview instead!
Alternatively, you should consider changing your byline to "Mystic Bob"...

Hello Bob,
I shall be coming out to play in 2020 with hopefully a much improved +8. I have just found out I had a nasty case of “drunken falling over trumpets” for all of 2019.
Nothing to do with Brands Hatch Morgan’s I might add, engine had been refreshed by a V8 specialist early last year.
Look forward to seeing you at a track soon.
Steve

Thanks for that Steve. I have some good news and some bad news for you.

The bad news is you have wasted your money on engine improvements. The good news is that despite exhaustive enquiries, internet searches, and using all of my investigative skills I can find no evidence of any other entries for the Challenge, so you are already the winner as long as you can complete a single lap at Snetterton in March. You may then retire for the rest of the season and simply go along to the Dinner to collect the tray.

Congratulations, well done.

Bob.
