To all fellow Owls let me know if you can help please....
A friend of mine got top of the range corporate tickets for the Play-off Final at Wembley next Saturday (which just happens to be our very own Sheffield Wed v Hull City).
The problem is that he completely forgot, that Saturday is his wedding day as he bought the tickets few months before agreeing the wedding date...
Now he wants to know if any one is interested in getting married next Saturday?
Anyone help?

Alan, be careful what you say that is Compo Rafter's local football team, and they are somewhat passionate about such things oop norf.

No offence meant, I'm sure they are a splendid lot, but I was just expecting more curvaceous persons to view, not that I'm desperate mind.

It has been suggested that the wedding be relocated to Wembley?
Half time crowd entertainment?
Strippers and a meat raffle
Lap of the pitch to finish?

Ah! But Peter, someone else mentions a stairway to heaven, surely more than three steps?

1 As Sheffield Wed ‘robbed’ Brighton I don’t have that much sympathy
2 As an Ipswich fan I always keep the day of play off final free in case (and they did get there once)
3 The match is at 5pm so presumably at that wedding ‘in between’ time when group photos being taken so they can be done adjacent to a big TV screen
4 As a good friend no doubt you will take the tickets from him

PS Just had a e mail from a nephew desperately looking for tickets for his Wednesday supporting friend – so if they are still available let me know
