PM's
PM's
I have recently 'sent' PM's to several members, however, they do not appear in my 'sent' box, so I assume that the messages have not been transmitted. Anyone else noticed this, or is it just me. Or have the recipients received them? Simon, Mark, John C, Phillip T!

Of course not Mark, you know I am not easy to ignore, however, I was just sending a link to the pictures of Simon at the VSCC meeting, which is now on the site under VSCC Spring Start, no doubt you have seen this already.
I sent PM's to yourself, Phillip, JCC, and Simon, why they did not transmit is a mystery known only to Chris Acklam.
Cheers,
Bob.

G'day Bob, old cobber.
I also have trouble with PMs, especially in the AM. A PM PM is OK, but an AM PM is NBG.
And to make matters worse, my AM is your PM.

Re: PM's
Hi Bob...The way PMs work isn't the same as emails - they will they stay in your 'Outbox' until they are opened by the recipient and only then will they be moved to your 'Sent messages' folder.Bob Bull wrote:I have recently 'sent' PM's to several members, however, they do not appear in my 'sent' box, so I assume that the messages have not been transmitted. That's the way it's supposed to work anyway, but it's certainly possible that you have created your own PM black hole. Try sending me one to test.
