MGB bits!

FOR SALE MGB Race Parts
I have recently purchased the ex Peter Hiley 1992 and 1993 BCV8 Championship winning car.
The entire powertrain, suspension, brakes and electrics are currently being removed to be fitted to my Gilbern GT restoration project.
However I will shortly have the following for sale

• 6 off 14 inch Minilite style wheels fitted with (almost new)195/60 048 Yoko Tyres

• A pair of Weber 50 carbs complete with the entire throttle linkage, and a BL special tuning inlet manifold

• A complete MGB roadster lightweight bodyshell with welded in safety cage ,factory style hardtop, aluminium doors, Perspex windows, front spoiler and fibreglass bonnet

• Aluminium hot rod style racing seat (for the more mature gentleman)

• Large US style rev counter complete with change light etc

• Rear race leaf springs and adjustable dampers

• Adjustable Front dampers

I will consider any sensible cash offers with collection from January 2014 onwards, although delivery can be arranged if required

Andy friend of a relative of mine did have a Gilbern in their front garden. The car, not surprisingly is(was) in South Wales. He was trying to sell it complete, if you are interested I'll try and find out if it's still there. He claimed the car had some media history as it was once painted pink?

I am always interested in Gilberns ,but really only the GT model

But within the Gilbern Club they are always trying to trace all the cars so any information appreciated
