Is anyone from Morgan World planning on being at Goodwood for the Revival either competing or spectating, if so maybe we could meet and greet.

Hi Bob,

Shears senior on Sunday and Shears Junior all 3 days - I think. He is a guest of one of the sponsors (in a 'working' capacity).

Will explain when I see you!

Will you be at Spa the following weekend?

Cheers

Mark

Mark,
I trust that we can find each other in the melee that constitutes the Revival paddock, however, you CAN ALWAYS find me at the Media Mess Tent at any MEAL TIME.
Corporate guests are a bane to the photographers at the Chicane as they pass back and forth to the hospitality marquee, so warn Jonny he might receive some abuse if he is not very careful. :(

I do not have any entry lists so have no idea if any 'names' will be racing, anyway I look forward to seeing you at Goodwood on Sunday.

Bob.

Bob and Mark,
Yes, I, Singleton Jnr. (from way UP NORTH, we do occasionally go south of Birmingham!!) will be there on Saturday and Sunday. Unfortunately I will not have the privilege of corporate hospitality nor freeby meals in the media mess tent but will have to slum it in the Woodcote Grandstand for a whole 2 days with periodic visits to the beer tent in the Revival Village or the Pimm's Double decker in the inner field. Shame Singleton Snr. can't afford !!!!!
Will watch out for familiar faces. All the best and enjoy.
Eddie Singleton.

Yes...sad to say am in my usual cash strapped state here in East Anglia.
But the Alvis manifold is repaired, the +4 coupe has a new clutch, and also a newly installed gearbox which Billy B restored and is working beautifully.

Edd, if you are happy to transfer adequate funds in my direction, will see you there, but will need to cover Sarah's expenses and the employment of a decent butler!

Awfully sorry Bruv, not able to assist on this occasion. The cost of hire of the 50's outfit for the Revival weekend (£35 !!) and the purchase of a second hand spotlight for my newly restored +4 Coupe, have wiped me out.

Bob, I am reliably informed that Malcolm Paul will be racing his Plus 4 on Sunday and his Lotus X on Saturday.

Hi Bob,

Being a media chappie are you privy to an entry list for the Revival this weekend?

Cheers

Mark,
Goodwood does not release entry lists prior to the event merely a list of celebrities, however, someone on the ten tenths site did put up a link to the Fordwater Trophy. Apparently this is to stop pirating of the rather expensive programme. I'll see what I can do.

Mary,
Sorry about Sywell it was just not possible to make plans, at such short notice, to get along, perhaps next time, but yes pictures of Malcolm should be available if I can recognise a Morgan when I see one
Is it just the Morgan you want?

Love to both Bob.

Bob, I know that you professionals are very much in demand and quite understand you couldn't get along to Sywell. John had a great weekend in his Evans VP1, she can be seen here on her own and behind two somewhat larger aircraft.

As for Goodwood, I am glad you are now able to recognise a Morgan when you see one, they do look very much like all the other cars I suppose.....

If you could get some photos of Malcolm's Plus 4 and also his Lotus X that would be great. Also if you happen to pass by Malcolm's place in the paddock could you get some photos of Ian Grimes...?

Yours in hopeful anticipation, [-o<

Mary, you can find pictures of the Lotus on my picasa site, last years Revival and this year's Classic, but I will endeavour to complete you order at Goodwood.

Ian Grimes?

I'll ask around, do you know if Rick will be there?

Bobby Boy.

Thank you Mary, I have printed of a copy and will scour the paddock for sightings, and Jack! I will do the same for Bill.
What with searching out assorted participants I might not have time to watch the racing, but I will be sure not to miss any free meals.

looking forward to it.

Bob.
