I have a running and driving 1966 2 seater Plus 4 to sell. British Racing green with Black leather interior. High Body - Wire Wheels.
The car looks to be sound structurally, chassis and the body panels appear to be very good, only some original rust coming through here and there.
No fresh paint, no underseal and nothing hidden.
Some new parts recently fitted including 5 new tyres and new brake parts including brake callipers, etc.
Engine runs well and the car drives with everything functioning. Paintwork looks old but tidy enough, black leather interior looks original and quite nice.
There are however some problems with the timber frame, around the door A and B posts.
Most likely the car could be used as it is, or you might prefer some repair / restoration before use.
It is not UK registered and has not been used since arriving from the USA last year. All duties are paid.
Slight change of plans - so I am looking for £24,000 for this car.
I am in Chelmsford, Essex and I have a trailer and I can deliver a reasonable distance if required.
Any interest ?
Cheers,
Jim
