Wot the Listeners !!!
Jack, you aren't concentrating!
If you had carefully followed the grammatical construction of the text you would realise that it was Bobby who fell asleep, if I meant the listeners I would have said "
who instantly fell asleep"
Apparently Bobby is still asleep as he hasn't yet started telling his story......

‘Who’ or ‘whom’
That is a more complex grammatical issue, what is your opinion?
I recall the Poison Dwarf was in ‘Dallas’
I never watched Dallas but maybe I was in it without realising it.
...and now back to the main plot - the seven grumpy dwarves became tired of waiting for old Bobby t tell his story so they started a game of consequences .....

I have read and not understood many discussions about this question. Personally I always write 'who' on the basis it is correct about half the time.
But – to get back to the plot – as I recall it consequences involves folding the piece of paper after each line – now I don’t have a folding computer screen.
But – here goes –
The Poison Dwarf
