Looks like some people are having trouble getting in to the baord via Norton security. Assuming anyone who has the problem can read this I have developed a workaround as follows:

Open Norton Internet Security
Click on the “Intrusion Detectionâ€

Yes, thanks for finding this out Phil. Don't think it has affected many so far but it has been an irritation for some.
