Why did you not see me? Probably because you were looking in the wrong place at the right time. I wandered the paddocks for some time and was taking photographs at Woodcote for several races.
The crowd was quite unbelievable with massive queques of cars waiting to get in, for several hours. I blame Three Counties Radio for plugging the meeting so heavily.
I did see Richard Plant and caught a glimpse of Chris Phillips, but that was it as far as celebrities go!
Working on my photographic efforts and will post some tomorrow.
I will not ask if anybody will be going next weekend for fear of provoking more assinine replies.

PS; Was there some significance in the 'lost glasses' remark? Was it you that picked them up for me?

Jerry,
Many thanks for restoring my sight, I always remove my glasses while taking pictures and they must have slipped out om camera bag when I ducked under the barrier after the race.
I am, of course, extremely grateful, but I must ask. Who was that ladywith you?

I was so humbled at such a chance meeting of a Super Star such as yourself I didnt want to alert the other minions loitering nearby by anouncing your name . And no you have been so nice recently I didnt take a photo of you unlike Mr Lees !
