My brother was unlucky enough to run a big end bearing in his 3ltr Bentley over the weekend. We are currently on the hunt for a garage with white metaling services. Can anyone point us in the right direction?

David probably knows all the Vintage Bentley specialists like me but here goes...

My old friend Richard Cresswell would be my first call. He runs VBE Restorations Ltd not far from me.(Flecknoe, Warwickshire.) What he doesn't know about Vintage Bentleys. Speak to him on 01788 891548.

I understand Elmdown Engineering specialise in White Metalling - Vintage Bentleys being their bread and butter! Tel: Hungerford 581044. (Can't remember the guys name that owns it.)
