It occurs to me that we may have wandered far from the Birkett here.

Sorry folks.

Bob.

PS; Ok? Chris.

You've lost me!

This is all way over my head!

The Birkett is a team effort, so what has this to do with Jack's performances?

Bemused of Luton.

Andy
John Mac's +4 , 550 DXN , is now by Jeff Stowe and was entered at the BDC a year or so back. Not sure about the number plate though , I think it might have carried PGP for a while.

Andy (the other one)

PS Nostalgia ain't what it used to be.

Jerry
I know I need 8 very expensive round shiny pistons, but Jack has broken one, now Sally will not let him buy 8 when he only needs one, and Jan will not let me buy 8 when I only need two, now if I give Jack one to replace his broken one and Mary takes a spare then, I only have 4 which means that I will be able to buy 8 new ones with 4 spares – which covers Jack for two more and a further one for Mary and one spare for me - Simples
Now where is that toothbrush, bit of string and rusty nail!!!
Barry

Thanks Andy - it won't be the same without you guys.

If you're at a loose end it would be great to see you at Silverstone.

Best Wishes

Andy

Thanks for the update Andy - time passes really quickly, I remember as if it were yesterday coming down to Greenwich to try and help you fettle TOK. And I've never forgotten meeting you at the 6-Hour in 1976 wih the Supercharged +4, a sad end with a blown head gasket as I recall but a great day in my life all the same.

Note for newcomers - there were two Andy's in the 70s, Andy Garlick was MSCC Competition Secretary and Andy Downes (t'other one) was Awards Secretary.
