No, we, in Elysian Fields aka the garden city of Sheffield would not pinch his bell. Although In certain parts they might pinch the bike and leave the bell.
Back to Norfolkshore—beware the sandflies (ask Mary or Jack) or those spiders that hide under the lavatory seat (not much of a problem in idyllic Sheffield where they don’t have seats)

None of which gets us any further in our quest for information in regard to entries for the Birkett Relay Race (Remember that?).
One of life's greatest regrets is having opened this can of worms in the first place.
