Tony,
You do disappoint, I seem to recall several ladies amongst the team!! Oh! Well!

Peter,
As my good name (?) may hang in the balance here would, perhaps clarify your remarks as they are a total mystery to this scribe. Just what do the MSA regs say about 'extremely nice, witty young gentlemen' ? Am I mentioned by name? Could I be inadvertantly in breach of any regulations regarding gentlemen?

Please advise soonest.

Worried Bob.

While conducting a live interview with first time Morgan racer, Sean Horwood, on Three Counties, Tuesday evening I praised the level of friendliness and cracking good scoff from the Morgan Brigade at the Birkett.

Millions now know what a wonderful bunch you all are.

PPS: did any drivers find a certain red MGB acting as a mobile chicane?
Peter I know its very unusual for this section but i was simply trying to be "kind and sensative to another human beings fellings " . I promise it will not happen again .

Bob , I am so upset I shan't race again , ever, well maybe not till next year .

Jerry,
In between taking endless photos of Morgans I thoughtfully included a number of your good self in the MG, these I posted on the usual site for your interest.
Despite the magnificent quality of the pictures I have, to date, received no thanks, praise or cheques in recognition of my munificence. Do you wonder why, with feelings so badly bruised and ego so carelessly crushed, I turn to insult and invective?

Nevertheless I would hate to be the cause of your withdrawal from racing, so be assured that I will not hold you remiss, and look forward to snapping your progress in the future - after all I do not need the faster shutter speeds so necessary for other marques.

Ever yours,

Bob.

Peter Rafter,
With the above now in the public domain, I realise that I to have been remiss!

Many thanks for the bicycle jokes, as the deacon at my local church is named Jim and rides a bike, one is particulalry apposite.

Best wishes,

Bob

PS; To other readers; neither of the two jokes is suitable for publication on this highly respectable forum.
