Re: Wanted (cheap) 4/4 2 seater

Thanks for the link, i'll keep and eye on it but I think it's going to be out of my price range given all the import costs.

Wanted (cheap) 4/4 2 seater

Wanted 4/4 2 seater, for around £10k (if there is such a thing) As much as I love thrashing my dads car around, I can't stop worrying about the price of a new radatior if I was to have a misshap in it, so I guess it's time I got my own car. Idealy a 4/4 to class 3 spec for the Speedmog championship,...

Re: hydraulic jack

Hi Peter,

On the scissor jack we use for trials we have it bolted the a piece of 12" X 12", 8mm thick alloy plate, makes it a lot more stable, and doesn't sink into soft ground anymore

Re: Class 1 - Panhard Rod and Anti-Tramp Q?

I can recommend Spax dampers, again fairly easy to adjust without removing from the car (like Konis).

Re: Class 1 - Panhard Rod and Anti-Tramp Q?

The best thing you can do to improve the hanleing of your 4/4 is change the dampers for some Koni's or Spax if you havn't already.

Fiat Twin Cam Timing Belt Tensioner

Has anyone here managed to get hold of the timing belt tensioner bearing for a 2.0 Ltr Fiat twin cam engine recently.

I've tryed everywhere I can think, even Melvin Rutters, the only answer I get is to import one from Italy.

Not a lot of good to me as I don't speak Italian !
