Demon Tweeks first quoted me 75 +VAT + 8 postage - they then realised this was silly and dropped the quote to 60 + VAT + 8 postage - as you state, still more than a 'normal' new unit The one I have though is a light alloy and retails in their catalogue at 104 but Demon Tweeks say they are now 125!! ...

Can anyone recommend a company to have a fire extinguisher serviced?

I have a rather flash alloy 2.4 Litre 'Ecolife' hand held extinguisher from OMP. Demon Tweeks want 79 pounds to turn it round.

Just hauled mine out of a cool delicates wash after the drenching we had at Silverstone. Then drip dry.

Apparently, you can dry-clean nomex race suits but all mine get bunged in the washer (with help from her indoors)
