Re: Sebring 2009

what level of race licence do you need? If I did ARDS, would I be able to enter?
I might be able to pull this off by taking the family to Disney!!!!!

Re: Wanted (cheap) 4/4 2 seater

I know what you mean- 2 seaters look more sporty, but old series 4 seaters are great, in that you have lots of room to put helmet, racesuit, tent, tools etc without bothering with a luggage rack. They're also not a lot heavier, and you can take out all the excess bits anyway. there is a project 4 se...

Re: Gemmer Box & Drop arm wanted

Dave- I got mine from Heart of England Morgans. Might be worth ringing Harpers- apparently they have a lot of the bits left over from the Morgan dealer in Ealing that closed down.

Re: hydraulic jack

alternatively I've just bought an aluminium racing jack which will fit under the Morgan even on low profile tyres. It cost me £70 and is about half the price of similar quality ones I've seen. However, it is not light or compact, although you could get itin the footwell. I can give you the dealers n...

Re: Oil Cooler

Martyn- try adding "water wetter" to your radiator before going ahead. It was the best £10 I ever spent on the Morgan!
I also have an oil cooler which I can recommend if the "water wetter" doesn't do the job.

wheel studs

One of the wheel studs on the rear wheels sheared whilst I was changing the wheel.
two questions:

1) How do I fix it?, and do I need to go to a Morgan garage or can the local one do it?

2) Is it safe to drive it slowly down the road to the garage if I go there?

Re: Pomeroy Trophy 2008

So are there two Vauxhall Vipers competing currently? I was talking to an Aussie chap who was driving one at VSCC Loton Park last year.
PS Other good photos on VSCC site.

Tony- do you get extra points for a 30/98- I believe Pomeroy's father designed it!
